CEO Kenneth D. Garrett and Co-Founder Martin Flatley founded All Phase Security Inc. in July of 1994. They are both seasoned veterans of local law enforcement with over 60 years of combined experience in security, law enforcement, investigations and loss control. Ken and Marty’s experience and contacts with law enforcement and security entities remain unmatched by any other firm in our region. They have been and always will be committed to providing top quality uniformed security services and investigations to those searching for a security corporation with responsive ownership, shatterproof integrity and sound judgment. Commencing with a small operation of three security officers, they have built All Phase into a progressive, dynamic, and stable corporation of over two hundred fixed officers and one of the largest, most capable alarm response and vehicle patrol services in Northern California. Through the introduction of stringent hiring criteria and strict enforcement of rules and regulations, All Phase Security, Inc. has developed into a corporation where employees enjoy coming to work and love the proactive concern for their well being.

Beginning in 2007, All Phase began offering CCTV and real-time monitoring of security cameras. We view these services as the future of the security industry. Through our hiring practices, training, and proactive management we continue to grow.
