John Arnold
John Arnold is an Investigator and Quality Control Evaluator with All Phase Security, Inc.  He is a former Marine who served a tour in Okinawa and Vietnam.  Mr. Arnold has over 23 years of law enforcement experience including time spent as a Deputy Sheriff for the Sacramento Sheriff’s Department and a police officer for the Yuba City Police Department.  During his law enforcement career he worked as a patrol officer, narcotics officer, field training officer, reserve coordinator, detective, and in the Sacramento Jail. As a SWAT team member, he worked protection details for Governor Deukmejian, the East Indian leader Didar Bains and retired marine Colonel Ollie North.  Mr. Arnold has his Basic, Intermediate and Advanced P.O.S.T. certificates.  Mr. Arnold has his Associate of Arts Degree in the Administration of Justice from Yuba College and has over 10 years of law enforcement teaching experience at the high school, college and advanced officer level.  He has attended over 25 P.O.S.T. and military certified courses.  Mr. Arnold is retired form law enforcement but currently holds his Private Investigators license.

Ken Kauk
Mr. Kauk is an investigator and Quality Control Evaluator with All Phase Security, Inc. He is a former law enforcement officer with over 33 years experience employed by the City of Live Oak, County of Sutter (as a Deputy Sheriff), City of Marysville (8 years as a Patrol Sergeant) and the City of Sacramento. During his law enforcement career he was assigned to patrol, narcotics enforcement, family crime investigations, property crime investigations, criminal intelligence investigations, and was a field training officer.  Mr. Kauk has a Associate of Arts Degree in the Administration of Justice from Yuba College and is a licensed private investigator. He holds the Basic, Intermediate, Advanced, and Supervisory P.O.S.T. certifications and has attended over 30 P.O.S.T. certified courses. 

Scott Ramos
Mr. Ramos is an Investigator and Quality Control Evaluator with All Phase Security, Inc. PSI. He is a former law enforcement officer with over 18 years of law enforcement experience obtained during his time serving in the Unites States Air Force and working for the Yuba City Police Department. He began his law enforcement career in 1982, as a Security Police Specialist with the United States Air Force. In addition to his base police duties, he also received certification to train and work both explosive and narcotic detector dogs. During his assignment in Germany he conducted several post-bombing secondary explosive device searches. Mr. Ramos maintained assignments with the Base Emergency Services Team and Dignitary Protection Force. Mr. Ramos and his assigned K-9 were twice assigned to the Unites States Secret Service Presidential Protection Detail for California visits of President Bush. While employed with the Yuba City Police Department, Mr. Ramos maintained assignments with patrol, SWAT, hostage negotiations, COPPS, and background investigations.

Jim Reeder
Mr. Reeder began to pursue his career in law enforcement in 1996 by attending college and receiving several units in Criminal Justice. He was then accepted to Yuba College Police Academy in 1998 where he graduated with honors. After graduating from the police academy, Mr. Reeder worked as a security guard while still pursuing his goal of becoming a police officer. He became a reserve police officer in 2000 and was shortly after promoted to full time status. Mr. Reeder spent 5 years on patrol before he was promoted to the Investigations Department in 2006. As a detective, Mr. Reeder specialized in the investigation of property crimes but also investigated personal crimes, financial crimes, sexual assaults, and homicides. Mr. Reeder has his Basic and Intermediate POST Certificates. In 2009 Mr. Reeder obtained his private investigator’s license and later joined the team at All Phase Security. Mr. Reeder works as the Operations Manager. Mr. Reeder also assists the Investigation Team in various tasks.
