The All Phase Security, Inc. (APSI) Investigators are tasked with conducting pre-employment background investigations on prospective All Phase Security force staff. These investigations are above industry standards and are the first step in ensuring the vision of maintaining a more professional security force than is currently seen in the security industry.

Additionally, the investigations unit is called upon to handle quality control issues that arise. The unit schedules monthly unannounced quality control inspections of the security officers to ensure they are providing APSI clients with the most professional and dedicated security force staff

The Investigations Unit is staffed with former law enforcement officers that are supported by a highly trained and technically skilled staff. APSI Investigations Unit provides the following services for their clients:

Background Investigations
APSI has a seasoned staff of former police officers who are all private investigators, licensed with the California Bureau of Security and Investigative Services. All of the investigators are certified background investigators and have past experience conducting background investigations for law enforcement agencies such as the Sutter County Sheriff’s Department, the Yuba City Police Department, and the Sacramento Police Department, as well as the California State Office of the Inspector General.

APSI Investigators have expanded their services to provide background investigation services for security companies, state and local jurisdictions, and civilian employers as well. APSI Investigators can work hand in hand with any company to establish a background investigation developed specifically with their company and industry goals and objectives in mind, while maintaining a legally obtained investigation, thereby limiting the client’s liability.

Executive Protection
APSI Investigators are all certified executive protection specialists. They are all experienced in providing the required level of protection while maintaining a professional and discreet demeanor. Situational Threat Assessment
APSI Investigators are highly skilled in the art of conducting threat assessments specific to each protection assignment. APSI agents rely on their years of experience and dealing with protection-related matters in developing threat assessments as part of every dignitary or executive protection detail.
Additionally, when a situation arises in which there is a concern for the safety of business owners, their staff or their customers, APSI agents are qualified to provide threat assessments for any problematic situation. U. S. PORT Certified Escorts (TWIC)
Many of our staff have obtained clearance from the Transportation Worker Security Awareness (TSA) to possess the Transportation Worker Identification Credential card, a biometric credential that ensures only those workers that have been vetted are eligible for unescorted access to any port or vessel on a port which is regulated under the Maritime Transportation Security Act. Our employees can provide escorts onto any port covered under the Maritime Transportation Security Act.

With the proximity of the APSI headquarters to the Port of Sacramento, APSI Investigators can rapidly respond to requests to provide escorts of uncertified individuals onto the port. The rapid response capability ensures the needs of the client (City of Sacramento) are met and provides for the rapid transition of supplies to and from the port.
