All-Phase Security opened its doors in September of 1995 with the goal of changing the image of an unfavorable failing industry.

The general public usually stereotyped security services officers as those who were poorly educated, lacked discipline and tact, found on the job sleeping and had an overall poor appearance. It would not be an easy task to change this stereotype. How did we do it? Our idea was to “bridge the gap” between Security and Law Enforcement.

This meant that All-Phase Security, Inc. has been and always will be committed to recruiting only those seeking careers in professional security or Law Enforcement. For those future police officers, they discover they gain valuable knowledge in report writing, tactical communications and inter-personal relations skills they could find only from those who know it; a staff such as All-Phase Security, Inc’s with its vast law Enforcement experience. While a majority of firms may think that these security officers are a poor investment based on their retention, we have found that a three to four year retention on an officer reluctant to tarnish their record far exceeds the industry standard of turnover in epidemic proportions.

Our professional corporation has drawn the attention from experienced officers with other firms throughout the Sacramento area and beyond. It is the value we provide to future professionals that has seen our firm grow from just a few, to the prosperous hundreds of local officers we now employ and a luxury of selecting only those committed to their careers.

Our client base has grown from a just a few to several hundred with such prestigious organizations now using our services as; The County of Sacramento, The County of Yolo, Yolo County Courts, The City of West Sacramento, Gyboree and the Golden One Credit Union to name just a few. These organizations and others share a common interest with our staff, a professional organization dedicated to a commitment of integrity, reliability and value. With our client base now exceeding 10,000 man-hours per week, you can see that people are catching on quickly!
